Flange Type With Sensor Type

✔ Flange type zero positioner with sensor is unlocked by air pressure and mechanically locked by spring.

✔ In the locked state, the pressure source can be cut off at any time, and there is no need to connect the air source when using.
✔ With clamping, relaxed detection interface, output PNP switching signal
✔ Repeated positioning accuracy ＜0.005mm, single positioner clamping force 17kN, tension force 55kN.
✔ The exhaust inlet air can increase the clamping force twice on the basis of the original self-locking clamping force, but the exhaust port cannot be blocked, and a pneumatic silencer is required to prevent foreign matter from entering when the pressurization is not used.
✔ The temperature range is -20℃~80℃, suitable for automatic handling and grasping fields and mold change, welding production lines.

Flange Type With Sensor Type
