  • How does the zero position system work?

    (1) The zero positioner base plate is installed on the CNC machining center machine tool;
    (2) Install the positioning pin on the opposite side of the machining workpiece or the opposite side of the upper tray;
    (3) Directly place the workpiece or upper tray in the zero positioning unit through the positioning pin;
    (4) After cutting off the air source, the locator will lock the positioning pin, reach the locking state, and start processing.

  • How does the zero point positioning system ensure the positioning accuracy on the device?

    The zero positioning center is equipped with a flexible retainer. Under the tension force of the zero positioning device, the flexible retainer will be slightly elastic deformed. Under the action of deformation, the tray and the surface of the positioning device are fitted to achieve the effect of double-sided constraint, and the center zero gap is clamped.

  • How does the zero point positioning system guarantee the accuracy of interchangeability between various devices?

    When the tray is installed in the base plate, the center positioning accuracy is guaranteed by the flexible cone, and the zero point positioning system plays the role of tension and constant Angle, even if there is a drastic change in temperature difference, the center can still remain unchanged.

  • What kind of environment is the zero-point positioning system suitable for?

  • What are clamping forces and tensioning forces?

    Clamping force: the force that the locking pin (SJJT) receives when the ball clamps it after entering the zero positioning unit; Tension: The allowable tension of the fastening bolt (JGLS).

  • What is repeated positioning accuracy?

    Repeated positioning accuracy: The tolerance range of the change in the position of the reference point on the same workpiece after the reference point of the workpiece is removed from the fixture and re-clamped, which affects the consistency of the processing of a number of parts, is a very important accuracy indicator. The repetitive positioning accuracy of SET zero positioner is <0.003mm.

  • How to operate iron filings or impurities during processing?

    Each SET zero positioner comes with an automatic chip removal function. The automatic chip removal function means that compressed air is sprayed from the bottom of the zero positioner. The air flow will blow chips, coolant or other impurities out of the center of the zero positioner.

  • Can the machining center directly install dowel pins on the workpiece to connect with the zero positioner?

    The zero point positioning pin can be matched with the upper tray, and can also be directly connected with the workpiece, which can effectively save the investment for manufacturing fixtures. Positioning pin has a variety of specifications, you can choose the appropriate positioning pin according to the specifications of the workpiece to match. In order to reduce costs and improve efficiency of both eyes.

  • Can zero position system be used over load?

    If the force applied to the zero point positioning system exceeds the rated value during workpiece processing, the positioning pin will also be pulled out of the positioner in the clamping state. Do not overload the zero positioning system! Calculate the clamping force required! (static and dynamic loads) Use additional safety devices such as detection units, tension units and isolation protection devices.

  • Can I use other brands of nails and other accessories?

    Only merchant supplied pull-ups are allowed. When using tension nails, sufficient fastening material thickness and a tight fit of positioning tension nails should be noted. If necessary, please consult the merchant. We are not responsible for any loss caused by improper use of other brands.

  • The grip pin of the zero point positioning system is locked and can't be pulled out?

    (1) Please check whether the air pressure (intake unlocking side) is above 5bar.
    (2) Please check whether there is pressurization without cutting off the gas supply.
    (3) Please check whether all air supply pipes, internal piping and pipelines are blocked.

  • The clamping pin of the zero position system is not properly clamped?

    (1) Please check whether there are impurities in the clamping pin mounting port.
    (2) Please check whether the air source on the loosened side is not cut off.
