Product Overview

The two-unit zero positioner base plate is 200mm long, 200mm wide, 33.5mm high (including positioner), weighs 7.9kg, is unlocked by air pressure and mechanically locked by spring.
Repeated positioning accuracy <0.005mm, a single two-unit zero positioner base plate clamping force 4x5kN, tension force 4x15kN, the material can be customized.
It can be locked in the T-slot through the countersunk hole on the substrate, which is convenient and quick to install, but at least two positioning holes are required for accurate positioning.
Suitable for metal or non-metal cutting.
